Just listened to the Adam Lewis interview on YouTube, it’s easy to see why Cook wanted him. His enthusiasm is absolutely infectious. Said yes to his agent the moment he heard about the interest, even before seeing a deal. Gotta love players like that.

It's clear that him a Dilan are delighted to be here, Ryan is a bit more reserved but that probably speaks to his normal character than anything else. They all want to play football the Paul cook way, which affirms that his style is well admired and players want to come and play for him.
