From the safety of Brentford - I like what they do there to the crazy house that is Spurs.

A massive pay rise and Champions League football (in that order) I'd guess were the main reasons.

Plus the final against Man Utd that he won has got to be one of, if not the, poorest European finals on record by placements in respective leagues.

European final pairing 15th v 17th is awful.

Turner's speech there reminds me of his phone interview about the MK Dons cup match being replayed (I think it was). There is an enormous lack of self-awareness in him banging on about rotten owners who need to be removed.

The man was/is a grade 1 arsehole at our club….thankfully the moments of his and the other twos tenure is slowly but surely being scrubbed away.
