Thanks. Listened to it today.

I'd forgot how many big clubs Wardy played for after leaving us.

I thought he spoke very well and I'm surprised he's not involved in football at a professional level.

Jamie Ward was my first favourite player for us, as he was banging them in around the time that I started supporting as an eleven year old, in 2007. I still have a mug with him on it somewhere. I was heartbroken when he was sold - it was my first introduction to the vagaries of the transfer market. Thanks for the link to this, a nice little trip down memory lane.

I recall he quit as Ilkeston Manager minutes before a game, not sure he's got the temperament for the management side. It seems as though he's given up and is more into the property industry out in Dubai with former Spireite (fan) Matt Lowton and others
