I don’t know why you keep saying that, I’m very aware, but people attacking hotels and trying to burn them down definitely is extremism. I accurately describe right wing things as right wing things. Having concerns over immigration isn’t in and of itself right wing, it depends on the reasoning for those concerns, the proposed solutions and all manner of other things. Plenty of people in the centre and to the left have concerns over immigration.

Because you throw the word fascist around a heck of a lot lately

As per, Mike; you're swerving the question.

Which is worse: a tweet, that nobody in their right mind foresore the possibility of bringing on a three stretch; or a bloke(s) walking around with machetes, knives and hammers, looking to kill white people?

One is incitement (according to the judiciary), the other is an already a predetermined spell inside. So, why is one person in prison, and the others walking around free as birds? It's not like there isn't CCTV and police BWV of the fkrs.

Another sentencing comparison for the debate over Lucy Connoly.

Apparently driving a car at a police officer and driving over their legs whilst on the floor is worthy of the same sentence to Connoly’s tweet.

No it’s not tiresome and pointless - when you ignore equality under law, when you ignore free speech, when you ignore accountability when you ignore the principles of one man one vote then your voice has been lost..

What are you on about? Ignoring accountability? This is accountability in action. She is being held accountable for a crime she committed, whether you think it should be a crime or not. Ignoring the principles of one man one vote? What? Free speech? We don’t have free speech in this country. You are liable to be prosecuted if you say something criminal, whether you like it or not.

We can play sentence comparison all day. You could find hundreds of cases where somebody has got less or more of a sentence than the average Joe thinks they should have got. The right are 🎶always the victims, it’s never their fault🎶 though, so will embarrassingly kick up a stink and act like she’s a martyr cos she plays for their team. If the Connolly situation hadn’t happened and I spend the next few months crying about Just Stop Oil’s sentences for making plans to protest, I wonder what the reaction would be.

The Connolly stuff has actually been an insightful view into social engineering. The right wing tabloids banging on about it all the time, social media flooded with bot accounts all parroting the view that she’s a poor helpless victim, a political prisoner etc and all the angry Facebook boomers gormlessly following and agreeing with whatever their algorithm spits out at them, likely from an account called something like “England Forever” ran by an Indian getting paid to farm engagement.

Fucking shocking state of affairs, the internet is a mess right now. Needs to go back to being porn, Miniclip, Habbo Hotel and Slime Soccer like the good old days.

Yet more evidence of two tier justice in two tier Keirs justice system..
What the eff is it with our judges and lenient sentences for peadophiles?

UK: A transgender pedophile who was caught with over 125,000 child sexual abuse images has avoided jail for the second time after a judge determined he would be "at risk" if sent to a men's prison.

A transgender paedophile 🤔 what a paradox....

Tbf , as Josh has kinda previously already alluded to, these sentences are commonplace. I was recently reading about the mind-blowing numbers of paedophiles in this country. If we were to convict them all and hand down custodial sentences, we'd need to build at least twenty new prisons. The judiciary don't see them as enough of a threat to society, than someone posting a tweet. Personally, I find that incomprehensible.

Essentially, they haven't committed a sexual offence on a person. Hugh Edwards (remember who defended him on here; there's a pattern) is a classic example of utter filth who, whilst he possessed the vilest of images, didn't commit the actual act itself. In their wisdom, the judiciary have decided they have the least detrimental effect on society, so they walk free.

Another one for you.

Local lads dealing heroin and crack cocaine is worthy of a lesser sentence than a tweet.

I know mate, I'm using the JSO comparison to showcase the absurdity of comparing every possible conviction lower than Connolly's. Like this is the first time a sentence has ever been higher or lower than the public would expect.

It’s very rare a sentence has been scrutinised so much.

To have someone serving a stretch for a tweet which is the same as driving a car over another human being and longer than someone who is convicted of dealing heroin and crack cocaine is ludicrous.

Add in the fact that stabbing someone in the chest with an 18” knife in the middle of a town centre shop doesn’t even warrant a day in jail and folk will naturally draw their own conclusion.

There have been comparable sentences for gang raping white working class girls who were 11 year old.

Yes she’s a twat and needed a good old slap on the wrist and maybe a few months bird - but compared to racially and religiously aggregated child rape? I mean come on.

Where’s the countries moral compass here?
