Dylan's a nice, talented player. I don't think I witnessed him being anonymous up here, though without checking the facts, I had got it into my head that we played better as a team after his recall. Based on league games where he featured, I think we averaged 1.45 points per game. After his departure, we only averaged 1.1ppg for the next 10 games.

I would like to see him here, but I wouldn't give myself a nose bleed to sign a wide player. For me the nose bleed signings need to focus on a goalkeeper, a central defender with pace, a central midfielder with height / pace and a forward who can play the lone striker role as good as Will Grigg does.

Then we move on to the full back positions!

I would think his effectiveness being measured by ppg is a bit misleading especially given the fluctuating injury list at certain times of the season. The ppg thing has been mentioned a few times now. Good luck with trying to pick the bones out of it

I'd give priority to making sure we have a strong right full back/wing back. That would allow Mandy to play further forward where he can seriously damage our opponents instead of wasting his talent in a position that makes him and us very vulnerable (as in play-off semi part one).

We can only work with what we know so, like any other player, he is with us until he isn’t.

When he isn’t we can use his salary saving on recruiting a replacement.

Get another Markanday type who can run at opponents full backs from wide right and let Mandy do his stuff in CM
A new hope.

Best combination we had all year was dobra and mandeville in the middle , a holding midfielder behind and the 3 in front. The catchy 4-1-2-2-1

Imagine Mullin on the end of Sparkes crosses. Yes.

But the way Wrexham play Mullin is used to loads of aerial balls into the box both from long throws and the wing.
They pepper the opposition penalty area, and get a good few pens in their favour.
We don't play like that.

I read earlier that Wrexham are a victim of their own success now. There's players who are getting big pay rises because of the promotions and they're not going to get a look in. Mullin was one of the names mentioned saying that he was probably going to have his contract paid up.
Life goes on. Whatever happens.

Wouldn't be surprised if he's on over 20-25k a week now. Wasn't he on 10k a week in the National league?
Here we go again!

He won’t be on anywhere near that much, that’s ridiculous!

He got 5k a week when he left Cambridge to join Wrexham. The information came direct from a Cambridge director.
