Lethargic and negative?

Did we give him permission to discuss a move early or some tapping up gone on here?

He can if he's out of contract.

It'll be the contract length that would be the stumbling block in my opinion.

Yeah if we had really wanted him we would have offered a longer contract and he would have stayed

I thought he can only discuss a move abroad in the last 6 months of a deal without permission?

Or am I getting mixed up with signing a pre-contact?

Yes I think so. I don't think it makes any difference where the club is.

Can’t talk to another club in England when playing in England until last month of contract normally but everyone knows what goes off in football and nothing gets done

I wonder if there was a deal in the making during January but it fell through because we didn’t get across the line a number of our potential recruits.

I can't wait to know about this "British Army going backwards in 1940".

Do enlighten us please.

Oldaker did ok for us and blessed us with some nice goals.
Er, have you not heard of Dunkirk?!

I’m guessing you’ve heard of it but don’t understand what it was about.

Dunkirk was a success militarily.

So he's the 11th player to be leaving the club this week. Good luck to him, he scored one of the best CFC goals I have ever witnessed down at Bromley. I hope he does well, in fact I am sure he will.

Not to mention his close range strike versus Bromley in the Wembley reaching play off semi.

One of a number of free kicks that raised us off our seats.

Yes, Oldaker can be legitimately accused of slowing us down, but was an integral part of what we've achieved since Cook offered him that role.

In echo your best wishes...

So somehow retreating is going forward is it? Righto Bello Nock.
The evacuation was a success yes, getting our arses handed to us by the Wehrmacht which meant we had to get the eff outta there not so much.
Why you would lie to yourself about an historical event I can't imagine. We won in the long run, isn't that enough to protect your bizarrely sensitive feelings on the subject?

I liked DJ. He joined us from a NLS side and left a League 2 play off team, and he played most games whilst he was here. Good luck to him.
