I wonder who Graham Alexander was watching when he was at the wombles v county second leg, wouldn't surprise me if it was Jones.

Hasn’t looked fit all year and a dicey injury record.

I think PC and the Kirk’s will be ruthless with the old guard and look to build a L1 squad this summer. Very excited to see what happens over the coming months.
I'd like to think we can sign someone better than Pepple, who's ok

However, I think we should be looking for better if we truly need a new No1.
Personally, I do not think GK is our most pressing of requirements. Top of my list is a RB, 2 CBs, DCM, CF.
And has said he regrets doing it.

Tbf that’d raise more than my Play offs or not fund raiser.
I think Sparkes, Markanday and Metcalfe will sign and the CB from Canada. Not Pepple.

You think Sparkes, Markandy and Metcalfe will sign? I’ll have some of that! Sadly don’t think we’d get all three

Not quick enough for this level. Friday night proved that. A few times he was played in or rolled the defender only to have insufficient pace to get away. He’s a trier but we need better.

I reckon we might see our first big signing in the next fortnight and I reckon it will be a big statement of intent, just like Will Grigg two years ago.

Pepple has been fine. He’s certainly tried his best. I personally think there is a lot to work with in him but he doesn’t strike me as someone who will ever be prolific. Cheap and on a free I would take him as backup and one to develop. We would still need another better forward to go with Grigg.

Definitely. He’s got all the attributes but needs time to put them all together. I think Luton will have plans for him around their first team squad next year

Only if they're looking for back-to-back-to-back relegations. The lad's a trier, but we need better - even as back up - if we're to threaten the automatic spots next time around.

I can’t see cook getting rid of loads leaving him having to sign a load of plays to replace them, massive overhaul of players doenst seem the Cook way to me.
