Is it? Both are shit to me but then I think both parties have passed their sell by date... We should also not judge the current govt because it is less shit than the last, maybe we should judge them against the KPIs of being a decent govt...no?

and the last lot inherited a shit show from their predecessors, did you say the same then? 11 months is a lifetime in the private sector, not a new starter. In fact 6 weeks in and my boss is expecting tangible results... but you are happy that after 11 months they are showing no capability whatsoever? have a few more nice meals and some more wine and you can keep believing. they did.. in labour speak, that was 5 years getting over the mess left behind by Blair and Brown, three dealing with a pandemic and 2 recovering from it... they didnt really havemuch time to do owt...

The current lot are 20% of the way through, they should be looking forward and selling a vision based on what they bring not still saying its down to the last lot. We know the last lot were crao, we want the current lot to show us they arent. Which they are failing to do. Does anybody really know what they stand for? They say change and growth, but what I see is growth going backwards, a headline policy of allowing green belt planning to build more new houses but no builders to build them.... Where is the solution for the NHS? Police? Teaching? All going to be sorted by the tax receipts from the growth that isnt happening it seems... Soon be the summer recess and then we can get ready for the autumn statement - maybe that will solve the declining productivity in the public sector, the lack of incentive in the private sector... and give us an idea what they stand for?
