True blue shouldn’t matter. It’s going to the game that we need a loyalty system for, not the method of how you get there.

I’ve been to 17 aways this season, only two via coach, and both of those were independent ones done by pubs

Games like Walsall, Accy, Notts C etc are exactly why we need a point system.
Walsall have one in place to distribute their away tickets I see

I wasn't saying True Blue should. However, me booking travel for some of those matches missing from my purchases does indicate I went. My Fanhub account is the only accurate record of my season.

It would only work if we handled the sales for every single away game. Is there a willingness to do that?

They’re splitting our fans into two small sections across two stands. That means more required segregation as two stands will need to be split, lower saleable capacity and therefore lowers the threshold in terms of what they have to offer us. Sneaky

How's that effect the logistics outside the ground, coach parking etc., sounds nice and secure wandering about at ten ten thirtish, brings back memories of that bridge outside Fellowes Park.

It means they'll likely be a few hundred yam yams to the left and coppers and stewards positioned outside before and after between the turnstiles on that end.

Thought you was going to burst into a "Stealers Wheel" ditty there.

Not sure how they’ll manage the concourse situation. In between those two stands was one toilet, an outdoor table selling cans from a bin of cold water and a food till?

As long as you don't get 'stuck in the middle' with Benno you'll be fine.

The toilets in the corner and the food hut between the stands served half the full width of the away end. This time it serves less than half.

A fair few clubs do a points system for away tickets, depends entirely on the club selling away tickets and not the home club to have any semblance of control and record keeping to be able to fairly manage any such system.

Tbf there aren't many times we've needed something like that this season where demand has outweighed the supply.

I have done 16 away league plus 2 Cup but a number have been in home areas (Lincoln, Cheltenham, Bromley, Notts, Harrogate,MK, Accy) so no proof in the database.
Here's hoping!

There are currently ten (10) blocks at the Bescot greyed out and unavailable for sale. Two are between main stand and away end but leaving neutral blocks there ought to be 5 available for us, including 3 down the side.
Unfortunately some seats have already been purchased behind the goal so unlikely that WFC will give us the whole end.
Reminds me of Solihull.

They've announced what we are getting and have started selling to home fans so its not going to change now.

3.3 The visiting Club shall have the right to claim 2,000 tickets for use by its supporters (or such
number as represents 10% of all tickets reserved or otherwise sold in advance, if less than
2,000). The following conditions shall apply:
3.3.1 unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing, all tickets shall be on sale or return
basis;
3.3.2 payments for tickets sold by a visiting Club together with details of tickets sold and
the return of unsold tickets, must be made to the Home Club within four days of the
date of the match; and
3.3.3 a minimum of 10% of the total disabled spectator accommodation must be made
available to disabled supporters of the visiting Club.

Either CFC have agreed to reduced allocation or Walsall arent going to sell over a thousand tickets.

You started by having a go a Town, for "allowing Walsall to get away with .....".

Now you're introducing an alternative option I.e Walsall might well not sell out their potential capacity (less segregation).

What next?

It is only an excuse to kickoff against CFC management again.

Exactly my thought.

So you are saying the official Walsall Fc website and Official AVWFC websites are incorrect?

Admitting you don't know the difference between a ground's capacity and useable capacity, helps us understand your intellectual capacity.

Is that to help them justify empty and unsold seats

Whether it is or isn't, I don't blame them one bit.

No, it's to ensure they can offer us exactly the same amount with the rules.

I'm sure they'd have much preferred to sell 900 more tickets to their fans, in return for an additional 100 of ours.

It's like saying Bradford City would leave 60% of their stadium empty in order to give us the same 1k.

I reckon that those who went to Solihull should get priority 👀

Been away since Saturday. Am I right in this take. They wanted more tickets at ours, more than we've been allocating all season which couldn't be done. So to reciprocate they've changed the configuration of the ground which as been in place all season to increase segregation needs and therefore reduce the capacity just so they can deprive us of a few hundred more than we could let them have. If so what a set of mard arse b....Ards. Pathetic.

Had a dislike for Walsall due to the poxy Bernie Wright goal at Derby. But they are now ranked with the sh...houses of oldham, notts c. boreham, bromley and their country folk soilyhull.

Looks like they have used the same away end set up before as they did it for the Accrington game a couple of weeks ago...they lost 1-0 that day.
