It seems Chesterfield FC are allowing Walsall FC to get away with not fulfilling their requirements under EFL rules and they will be giving us less than 10% of their capacity.

How have CFC staff agreed to this if true? They'll have their tickets sorted of course.

3.3 The visiting Club shall have the right to claim 2,000 tickets for use by its supporters (or such
number as represents 10% of all tickets reserved or otherwise sold in advance, if less than
2,000). The following conditions shall apply:
3.3.1 unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing, all tickets shall be on sale or return
basis;
3.3.2 payments for tickets sold by a visiting Club together with details of tickets sold and
the return of unsold tickets, must be made to the Home Club within four days of the
date of the match; and
3.3.3 a minimum of 10% of the total disabled spectator accommodation must be made
available to disabled supporters of the visiting Club.

Either CFC have agreed to reduced allocation or Walsall arent going to sell over a thousand tickets.

Capacity minus segregation (two lots in this case) will mean Walsall have covered themselves adequately.

Capacity is a smidge over 11300, so 1130 is all we should be entitled to, however any loss of capacity due to segregation comes out of the away allocation I think.

Those are the play off rules i posted.

CFC wont care as all the money goes into a pot anyway. It's interesting that Walsall can lose 10% of their total capacity. Hell of a segregation.

They can claim splitting the end requires x hundred empty seats due to the concourse configuration, safety or any other plausible reason they choose.

Walsall are giving us 10% of the capacity. Same as we are them. We surely all expected this to happen at some point considering what we give to every away club.

Capacity 11300 - Allocation 1k.

Now only 100 difference you say but what it actually means is by not giving CFC their full allocation, the fans can be shifted from the away end. If they were obliged to give CFC the full allocation then only the away end could do the job and it would be a bigger allocation.

This is clearly a change from normal operations for WFC and I'm not sure why its being allowed and not challenged by CFC.

Only some posters on here could kick off at both clubs agreeing exactly the same allocation 🤣

How do you know CFC agreed?
How do you know CFC have not complained to the EFL?

Nothing to say we’ve just blindly accepted it. We could well have queried it and the EFL have said it meets the rules so nothing we can do.

I think they may have used a similar away end setup when they hosted Accrington recently so it just meet EFL rules of allocation sizes.

If the players are on it we will do Walsall regardless of ticket allocations - and there will be tickets for all at Wembley !

It is only an excuse to kickoff against CFC management again.
