Lost my ST as I used my ID to buy another before my own. Any way of undoing this or am I done?

If you are logged in you should have a red dot at the top , click on it and there is a link to your tickets on there.

I used my ID to buy two for my lad and g/f but they were unassigned.
If u look at the person icon top right there should be a red dot, click on that and it should take you to your assigned seats, purchase from there.
East stand second class citizen.

I buy my tickets from a family members account which has permissions to other STs. I've managed to sort there's through the red dot notification but mine wasn't showing. It's either been released and sold or my account link didn't have the right settings to purchase my reserved ticket.
