I think that the EFL switched the dates from those that they originally announced because there is a charity game arranged for the Bescot Stadium on that Friday night (presumably Walsall didn’t think that they needed to worry about the playoffs!)

If that’s the case, then CFC had it right first time and the game will be on the Saturday.

Possibly the least I’ve ever enjoyed a live game in nearly 30 years!! Couldn’t enjoy it until the final whistle when it was just such a relief. Wow.

Wasn’t a great game let’s be honest but….who cares?? Proud to be a Spireite.

On the face of it, it's worked out well. I'd definitely rather be playing Walsall. If they can lift themselves the way their season has tailed off, fair play to them.

As I posted before, watched the Coventry v Middlesbrough game earlier. Amazing goal mouth action from one end to another. Could have gone either way.
