I’m saying “Yay”, despite reasons out of our hands- idiotic refereeing decisions and an unprecedented injury crisis- coupled with calamitous individual errors happening too frequently for this level, often in similar areas of the pitch, which could have been avoided by the individual players themselves, or also, possibly, through tough managerial decisions pre-season. Anyways, we’re all in it together now.
I sold my ticket for the last day v Grimsby in 1990 (teenage petulance) and I was in the Falklands in 2004 for the Luton game. I hope my presence this time at Accy won’t kibosh any last day jubilation. COYB!

While I'm on ....... is anyone doing fancy dress? Or will I end up like Bridget Jones at the Tarts and Vicars party ...... where nobody told her that the fancy dress was cancelled?

Actually, do I care? One has fewer fu**s to give, the older one gets

But a top half finish in a season destroyed by injuries is ok by me
Need to have a rate go at it next year and hope we have better luck

I do believe we will beat Accrington but I can't see other results going our way.

Your opening sentence echoes a lot of my and friends sentiments. One goal up early, and I can see them scoring 3 or 4.
Would be great to hear that Stockton or Tilt (he’s had two this season) are red carded in the first 10 minutes.

Salford, just like us, could go ahead and draw or even lose. As they say in showbiz, it's not how you start it's how you finish! We might get lucky, we might not.

How long have you watched football? Teams scoring first usually win. Teams gunning for something, scoring first against a relegated side, I should imagine nearly always win.
