Their drop off has been quite spectacular. Their fans are mostly apoplectic with how the season has gone since January.

I'm thinking back to watching their (not particularly numerous) fans celebrating their win and singing about 'going up' and smiling cruelly.

I can't think of any other collapses that stark in recent history. In theory it can still be rescused but you wouldn't want to put money on it.

Other permutations that have no bearing on us, but staggering to think that Walsall haven’t won since beating us in February.

They beat us at their place then won the following week away at Morecambe but havent won since that. In fact they have only managed 6 points in total since then.

I'm thinking a double on both us and Carlisle keeping a clean sheet might be a good bet. That combo needs to happen for us to get to heaven, imo.

The gates of heaven maybe. Still plenty to do to gain admission. Best scenario is clearly a play off v Walsall.

I see Andy Holt has resigned as director at Accy. Don’t know what the full story is.

There’s a link regarding local council and planning application. Noise is an issue at some stage.

Basically a long running issue with things imposed by the council that are making it very difficult for the club including only allowing alcohol sales on match days and issues with a noise abatement order. Link below to his last statement that covers some of it. Its seems very strange to be honest, not sure why the council are basically trying to run their football league club into the ground so it disappears.

Slightly related but if we are in League 2 next season the 4 relegated clubs from League 1 arent great for us...Cambridge, Shrewsbury, Bristol Rovers and Crawley!

Some replies to a post on a Facebook thread allege that he isn't very good at following planning rules or following guidelines about people in hospitality drinking while watching the game. There may be two sides to the story - Holt's, and the council's, the difficulty being that councils tend to steer clear of getting into arguments on social media.
It's nice to be able to Trust again.

to be fair he hasnt done a bad job at Accy since apparantly deciding to buy the club by accident

The story goes that his company sponsored a match and drank the sponsors lounge bar dry and Holt had to send club officials to buy more alcohol with his own money

he suddenly decided as the story goes that to stop that happening to future match sponsors he would buy the club to make sure that the bar had ample stock in the future

Whoever gets them in the play off semis has to fancy their chances of a trip to Wembley. Hopefully us.

I don't see it that way. 1-1/2-2 draw at Carlisle and we can win 2-1/3-1/3-2 etc. Your double pays 12.2/1 on Bet365.

Well there's been at least 5 different permatations which is it properly?

Do you understand the meaning of permutations. If you did you would not be asking which one of the scenarios is the correct one.

We would lose out on GD if Wimbledon lost. Unless we score 3 more than Wimbledon. Thats how I see it.

but if we win and they lose the goal difference which is +2 in their favour at the moment would be at least equal and as we have scored 20+ more goals we would go above wimbledon

We have won more games, that’s the next criteria if all other things are equal.
