Yes agreed. Reinforcing someone else's post, football must be the only profession that turns away willing paying customers.

In these times that's absolute madness.

Accy's customers aren't Town fans.

Quick question though - is anyone planning to go in the home end going to wear CFC colours?

The reason why I ask is because I remember (Salford I think) stating on their website away fans wearing colours trying to get in the home end wouldn't be admitted.

Why would you do that?

That would be insane.

Looks like there is fun and games happening at Accrington. Local council playing silly beggars with requests for planning permission, making it almost impossible for the club to trade outside of match days etc so the owner has said he is done after our game on Saturday.

That's a shame if it does happen. Have a bit of a soft spot for Accy.

Quite a few of us went in the home end at Torquay on the bank holiday weekend too. So much so we had a nice section to ourselves in the second half once the locals around us cottoned on and dispersed

I'm of the mindset of cricket and rugby crowds, in fact every sport crowd other than football.

I find it absolute cringeworthy when so called home fans go into a weird wobbly meltdown because an awAy fan is there. Unless they are being absolute bell ends let it go.

It happened v Bradford in West stand.grown Adults acting like utter buffoons

Apparently there are a 'limited number'. My (finance team) colleagues and I are struggling to quantify 'limited number' But, whatever it is, I'd love one :)

A limited number could be anything from 2 to the rest of the maximum away capacity (1500ish).

The actual wording is "that a very limited number of tickets" will be going on sale so i suspect that means its not a lot at all.

Spot on. Covers all bases, innit? It's one of those vague terms that I use (often) when I don't really know. Like 'issue': always a good one.

Me: We're having some 'issues' with our payment machines.

Boss: What's wrong with the payment machines?

Me: They're not working; there's some issue (to wit: I have no effin clue)

I'd hazard a guess that means about 9.58am rather than 10am too!

So it seems. You expect these things to be automated and it be the exact time but maybe not.
