Listen to Mandy on 1866 and he loves it here. Wants to go higher on the appearance board!

I can see Mandy reaching 10 years with us tbh. Great player.

If Mandy's display was not noted by Bradfud's management yesterday then they know nowt. I wouldn't bet against a bid coming in when they get promoted.

Mandy would be bypassed in the Bradford team, Graham Taylor would have been proud of their tactics.

A reminder that Liam was always touted as a potential lower league star from his early days.
He lost his way at Donnie when Grant MacCann took the reins, and luckily for us Sheridan signed him.

But yes, Cook has looked after him, brought him on in leaps and bounds. A lot of our players could learn from him the way he lets the ball do the work, running with its direction, blocking off challenges, rather than having to stop, control and, invariably, pass backwards.

At one time his stats in terms of goals and assists were appalling and he was probably fortunate to be retained. It was always clear he was a talented footballer but there are loads of those about. Now he's become a crucial player and is quite rightly loved by the fans.

100%, i think upon arrival and for a couple of years it was almost a debate between mandy vs joe rowley, both talented players but who could apply that talent to a matchday situation week in week out, i always feel it's a shame that it never developed for rowley here and his career didn't kick on with us, mandy has certainly kicked on and become the real deal... more than actually due to his versatility.

The transformation in Mandeville since Cook took over is incredible…at that point, many wouldn’t have batted an eye lid if he was off loaded…too inconsistent, lazy…
Credit to Cook & the coaching staff, that Mandeville has turned into a very consistent 7/10 player who is versatile in a few positions and become a ‘game changer’ player…fast becoming a club legend

I rated him from day one.
A new hope.

Mandeville is a quality footballer. He seems to have a knack of stepping up a level just as people (Me included) start to write him off. He is integral to this squad.

When Liam first signed, I thought he'd be gone at the end of the season, but he's proved to be a really fantastic signing. He's got everything apart from pace, but who needs pace when you're Liam Mandeville.
I hope he gets player of the season because he really deserves it. Great player, good temperament and a character too.

In hindsight I should have voted for him.

Dobra isn't far behind, so it won't surprise me if it's neck and neck.

He's a proper character too, top man. He's become indispensable.

Love his impromptu post match interviews on 1866 - very entertaining

Never looked back since Cook took over
