Totally agree. Wasn’t convinced about Metcalfe but he has come on leaps and bounds recently. Magnificent today. Whilst Mandy is worth his weight in gold. How many times has he scored now since being full back? Really wish we could play him further forward, Hope Dobra will be fit for next game. And those who say Oligikbe is useless don’t know what they are talking about. I also think Naylor who had been poor came into the game as it went on. Pity about that dreadful first 35 min and 10 min at beginning of second half.
Finally, some on here should be ashamed of themselves in this thread. Bad enough with the doom mongers without the playground insults.

Well, a good point in the end and could have won it perhaps. We didn't play well for most of it but showed some bottle which is always good to see.

Don't know what to make of that game. One the worst displays in the 1st but one of the best in the 2nd really weird. Don't watch town if you have heart problems. So close to taking all 3 points, they were on the ropes at the end.

As with most I fear, enjoyed some of that, didn’t enjoy some of it but at the end there was only one team going to win that. Great game by Metcalfe, he’s growing every game. But by god that ref was poor first half including west stand lino

they were both outstanding, well done town, more than deserved that, another few minutes and we'd have taken all 3 points, to be honest surprised it was only 7 mins added, given the number of drinks breaks bradford had in the 2nd half.

Metcalfe did very well indeed. Thank God he did! There was a lot to ponder in that game, to put it mildly but fair play to them for the fight in the last 25 minutes.
And if it's made Graham Alexander's night less pleasant, job done.

I fell asleep at half time cos I'm really ill with a bloody lung infection, looks like I missed 45 minutes of us actually playing football. God damn these blasted lungs of mine, just like me to hold out to watch that utter tripe first half and then miss the good stuff.

Very very disappointing for 70 mins then started playing. Happy for metcalf , had a good game and great first goal, our second was a beautiful goal finished by grigg who I also thought did really really well with little reward for the first 70 mins.

They must have been playing out of their skins because every time I’ve seen them (including our away game) they’ve not been anything to write home about. They overran us time and time again ,especially the first 30 mins. Can’t believe how bad we were to be honest. Just glad we battled to stay in it and unbelievably looked more likely to go on and win it.

Just got back home. Yes, fully agree with that short summary.

Metcalfe and Mandeville the standout players today.

When they went 2-0 up I feared a hiding, but credit to all for the fightback and never giving up.

And nice to send Bradford back up the M1 with tails between legs.
