Palmer has done more than enough to earn another year as a backup centre half. Completely Fleck's fault that first goal.

We have been lucky at times and we’ve been decent in some games and poor in others, the unlucky comment would relate to the injuries that however you try and frame it have had a massive effect on the season

We really miss him. And I wouldn't have thought I'd be saying this at the start of the season, but we miss Banks, too. We're playing the standard 4231 without a number 10. When we need to win, as well. Annoying.

Grimes and Jacobs no. Palmer, yes as he's been excellent in 11 out of 12 games before today. Sadly you can only remember the one for some inexplicable reason.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this ref either, I'm the first to criticise officiating in this country but he's got everything right. Stone wall penalty after pure idiocy from Naylor and he's letting the game be fast and physical, but blowing when he needs to.

No outlet. No one dropping off and picking the ball up to have a run at them, like he does. Their only issue is, having to deal with Grigg.

Personally, I'd put on Madden (as crap as he's been) in the ten, and give them something to think about.

If you want to be a promotion winning side we need better than Palmer next season

If we want to be a decent mid table side then palmer is fine

In games we can dominate Fleck looks fantastic but whenever he has to actually run, he's a liability.

Worse first half performance since 0-3 at home to Ebbsfleet 4 years back. Most complete and one sided match I can remember. No threat at all from us.
