Sounds like you’re really didn’t enjoy this season. For our first season in the EFL in 6 years and with the amount of disruption we’ve had through injury I think still within shout of the play offs is a great achievement. As the saying goes, though, you can’t please everyone.

Genuinely baffles me what people expected this year. We have 3 games left, we can still make the playoffs in our first season back in the EFL. Surely that was the aim at the beginning of the season? Settle in, possibly push if we can and stabilise? Or is that too much sense for this board?

It’s the mentality of a growing number of people who use the forum. They expect not to concede, to score every game and win every game we play in. If we don’t, they come out of the woodwork throwing their dummies out of the pram and seek as much attention as they can.

Obviously, they are entitled to their opinion no matter how far away from reality it may be so fair play for contributing to the forum.
