Does that mean his squad place becomes free for some else to take? or can we not replace him?

Pleased he’s got fixed up now because it can become more difficult in the close season.
Ah ok, thought he'd been named in a match day squad relatively recently
Assume he was told he wouldn't be offered anything so fair play on getting himself another season or so.

Still a very perplexing re signing.

Whilst D-C has been added to the squad can it be confirmed whether or not this is because we have been allowed to remove either Sheckleford or Donacien, or both in fact, from our squad list?
As such, does this now leave one or two spaces to be taken up by MacFadzean and a possible other?

Yes, very relevant questions.

Yes, that’s right. Both have been removed because of their long-term injuries.

Kind of makes a mockery of the squad list in he first place?
What's to stop any team claiming players X/Y/Z are injured and then replace them in the squad??
I'm not complaining, does us a huge favour really, but I don't really see the point if you're allowed to swap players at will?

Presumably you can't just say a player has an injury, but it has to be confirmed by a doctor, surgeon or member of the medical profession as being significant and not short term ?
