I'd challenge anyone to find a better breakfast than Crossroads cafe on Brim Rd, (greasy spoon I hear you cry) it was back in the day, but now a nice clean place with and 5* elite hygiene rating

4 bacon, 2 sausage egg, beans tomato's 2 slices of toast and a cuppa for £6, you can't do it your self for that price, and it all tastes great

If we’re talking breakfasts had a really nice one the other week at Ninety Four on Chatsworth road (next to Nonnas), thought it was great. Didn’t even know it existed and was my missus’ choice but enjoyed it

The cost of meat with the rising prices caused by the budget it’s now not cost effective enough for them apparently

Could understand them hiking prices but removing it from menu seems a bit extreme, steaks are a staple of pub grub, they even do a steak day on tuesdays. Mind they also stopped doing roast dinners. Its not mr martin been auckward again to prove a point like when he stopped serveing french cognac

Bon Appetit in Clay Cross. Very good quality, quantity, service and value breakfasts. A huge breakfast and a cuppa for £6.50. Regular same for a fiver. No views to speak of from the cafe and popular with folks who work hard with their hands. No-one likely to call you 'bro'. Works for me.

Apologies not in Chesterfield but had a cracking main and dessert at Browns in Nottingham the other night, exceptional food and decent price, although the portions wernt massive it was just right for us.

Been this morning for the first time. They had to turn lots of people away whilst we were there as there aren't many tables (and perhaps could be a better use of space). It's good quality food, no doubt but wouldn't have the full breakfast again. The sausage and bacon were quality but the black pudding, beans (not tomatoey really) and hash browns were pretty tasteless.

One of my favourite places for Breakfast is the Blacksmith in Monyash. Get there before the bikers turn up though as it can get really busy.

2nd visit to Stretton Hall Farm shop for breakfast yesterday, there will definitely be a third. Takes a bit of finding.
