Did it kick off after, outside lack of police?

A few scuffles on way back towards the station but nowt major. Quite a few police knocking about to be fair.

Basically called Dobra a cheat, always throwing himself on the floor

Consensus on their forum is that we were dirtier than Solihull/Boreham Wood/Bromley combined, ref gave us everything, all our players were diving to the floor at every opportunity, out played us for 95 minutes, and one that really intrigued me,'usual Cook dirty tactics did for
us'.Not got a clue how to decipher that one.

I don't think he's a Mansfield fan. Forest I'm sure. He's a decent cricket commentator, dunno about football but probably not by the sounds of it.

if it is the one I have heard he is an unbearable listen - every bit as conceited as he was yesterday

They would swap BT man for our manager in a heartbeat.

Weirdly I found myself blocked by him on X despite having never interacted with him. Don't say anything remotely contentious on there for professional reasons, at least under my own name anyway 😂

Only watched on tv but it was such a dirty game that there was no yellow card for either side. From what I saw Dobra was the target from a late challenge or 2. They don’t like him do they?

Sounds to me like they need some sort of counselling the other side of the M1.

About 20 of their Youth were waiting on top of the steps near our platform but got shuttled away, what a joke they were.FB county fan reckons they chased us down to the station, another joke, there was at least 1000 Town fans on either side of the road. He is one bloke here who would not have run, rather make that could not of run if I tried.

Yep, Paul Cook best manager in League 2 . Their manager not as emotionally involved in the game as PC who waves his arms and shouts instructions from the dugout which shows he cares passionately.

I seem to recall an interview with a club official (at the time) who suggested that we'd tried the demented kangaroo routine on the touchline and now we would be approaching things differently under the newly appointed, Saunders. I think we can all agree that Saunder's record up here was certainly different!

Correct, I think. Both Notts commentators said her had been booked, but as in the whole game, saying it didn't make it so.

Yep it would seem you’re right. I’m sure their commentator said he was. Mind you he was useless.

Naylor was clearly fouled, grappled round the chest on the touchline. It wasn't given, Naylor then challenged wholeheartedly and won the ball. Foul given, the ref probably thinking it was a grievance challange made to caution, but probably on advice from a better placed assistant settled for a face saving boll....g. I can see why the commentators thought a booking had occured their viewpoint wasn't as good as ours.

Given most of their fan base is elderly and their eyesight is going it’s understandable that they saw a different game to us, personally I thought if anything the ref was a bit of a homer, the defeat appears to be leaving a sour and bitter taste in their mouths, they can’t admit they were beaten by a better side

As with all fan forums, ours included, there is a minority of 'voices of reason and fact',then the trolls,'I am always rights',pessimists, clinically insane, and probably the biggest majority,morons.IMO.Refuse to state which category I include myself in.Incoming to advise which I am in now no doubt.

Rather than it being down to missed appointments at Specsavers or an unhealthy appetite for the products of both Thermos and Cadbury beverages, I think it's down to a silly notion that they're a massive club, that have been overshadowed by the likes of Forest and Derby, plus how can a lowly club like Chesterfield dare turn up and beat them on their own turf.
