Interesting I have just been reading Mike Dodds saying that James Berry is not injured and that he's got lots of players to choose from and Berry and others got to be better then starting 11 to get a start, hopefully he will do well but he can't be to happy that he's not even had at least one start yet , it's in bucks news if anyone's interested and can link it on here,

Nevermind being better than the starting 11 he has not yet been judged to be worthy of being included in the match day squad of 18.

That is why he has not had at least one start yet. He has not even had one minute coming on as a substitute. Just makes one wonder why they splashed out good money to sign him.

I?m going to stick my head above the parapet here and say this move will turn into a disaster for Berry and he?ll be out of the door before the end of the next January transfer window at the latest.

I wish Coco could get back to his top form and consistency and get a start in the team. He is struggling for whatever reason but we need him firing on all cylinders. The new lad from Brentford has not pulled up any trees just yet, but the aweful pitches have not helped, Duffy has been the same last 2 games, but he us quality. Don't know what to say about Bim, like Quigley, he gives 100% effort, but we are getting nowhere apart from the Bromley game, we have been aweful to watch away from home. We need a fully fit Grigg back now.

They made a few signings including Berry while they had no manager, Berry signed on the 22nd Jan with Dodds not being confirmed until the 2nd Feb. Unsure how advanced the Dodd deal was at the time of signing but good chance it wasnt very far.

My thoughts too. Hope they don?t rely on pressing because he can?t do that!

I wonder if there's any competition betwean our Sales Dept. and our Purchasing Dept. on doing the best business. If so I'd say the Sales Dept is winning hands down what with Berry, Quigley, Khan,Tshimanga
Derbyshire is Derbyshire
Yorkshire is Yorkshire

Never the twain shall meet.

There's more chance me pressing than Berry, and I'm nearer 70 than 60 with two shot knees, and vertebra turning to chalk alarmingly 😁.

I suspect it was…just hasn’t happened.

Was always going to be difficult though, they had no manager when he signed.

Another masterclass by cookie in player management…he knew Berry lacked commitment here, we pocketed a very good fee & look how it turned out for him….

…… or maybe we bought a player with raw talent and poor attitude then got lucky that Wycombe were awash with money and willing to buy everything and anything
