Decent well supported clubs like Torquay, Southend, Darlington, Hereford fester in lower leagues whilst failed vanity projects like these occupy a league space 🤦🏻

He didn't appear to hobble off, which you would have expected with him trying to make a point or the result of 12 stone (guess)interfering with his appendages. Perhaps he didn't realise until Robinson told him. Maybe there will be some footage (sorry) available to prove the point, if not maybe they could contact Fleetwood for help.

Probably a bit early i would have thought. Webb said post match it looked like he twisted it when he caught his studs in the turf while sliding in. Doubt we'll hear any more until possibly the weekends pre match press conference but no guarantee it will be mentioned and it will just be a case of seeing if he plays. That said Gordon is back which helps somewhat.

Cheers, Jon. Could possibly be a lateral collateral ligament tear. Hopefully, very minor.

the point is it brings joy to the 2000 people watching them, who without a local club would have to either go without or watch premier league TV or maybe cough up the £66 that MUFC are charging. I have no problem with clubs of any size being in the league. They are there on merit. That is what makes our pyramid system so unique and why it must be protected from the rich. You only have to look at the premier league now with the bottom 3 being the worst 3 on record to see the gap is widening every year. I can honestly see at some point our premier league breaking away and making a non promotion set up like the NFL in the USA. Long live little teams with their 2000 odd fans.

The sending off, excellent work by the lino doing what he should, 'having the refs back'. Both players were grappling before, during and after the corner, their player lost it and clearly kicked Sparkes in the back of the leg Sparkes as all players would enhanced the severity but definitely Good night Vienna. From my vantage point Robinsons claim of a stamp is spurious and a poor excuse, if he'd been stamped on, he have been dead for 2 minutes if their tactics at our place are owt to go by. Robinson wants to be asking 2 questions 1/ why do a 'football team??' have to prepare a pitch like that? and 2/ does the answer to the previous question tell you why under 2K home fans were in attendance.
MOM a different one for me for 600+ too travel to that dump ona Tuesday night in a run of form were witnessing is excellent and reflects on the desire and passion shown for the club by the fans so my Mom goes to the ones who have generated the above.
Keep meaning to have a look at any correlation between all these atrocious pitches and the type of 'football' played, probably don't really need to check?

Playing devils advocate, and I say this with Mandeville being a firm favourite of mine, but Mandy should have scored early doors at 0-0 and wasn’t it Mercalfe that gave the ball away which led to one of their two big chances before the sending off.
If their lad had scored, which he probably should have done twice ( I think same player ) we could have gone in 2-0 down and Mandy’s miss and Metclafe’s error would have been huge talking points.
All if’s and but’s but shows how fine margins are in the game.
Over the moon for Mandeville though. Fantastic servant of the club and IMO a huge player for us.
