Not looking good in Syria, the new regime are killing Christians and Allowite Muslims in their thousands. Not unexpected given the hardline Islamist extremists HTS.

Islamic extremism committing genocide against other Muslims.

Another tragedy in the Middle East

Topple sadden - Islamic civil war

Topple gaddaffi- Islamic civil war

Topple Assad - Islamic civil war

Maybe we should just leave these dictators in place and just not get involved in the first place because every intervention of ours hasn’t ended well

Didn’t that intelligence vacuum that is Lammy give 50m of our hard earned pounds to aid this?
Didn’t pompous Stewart and war monger Campbell fawn all over the new regime?

You’re right what you say mate, as obnoxious as some of these dictators were/are they kept the warlords in place, and we get involved to placate and provide a very weak status quo but we can’t provide a solution.

The country will cease to exist unless we enforce our borders.

Illegal migrants must be stopped, detained, imprisoned and deported.

Legal migration must be halted until the situation is under control

There should be a programme of voluntary repatriations.

And finally a complete moratorium on issuing indefinite leave to remain and British citizenship.

Simple.

Stop talking round the subject. Address it head on.

Labour under Blair did nothing.

The tories for 14 years did nothing

Labour now are doing nothing.

The political elite are happy,-and have been for over 20 years for this uncontrolled mass migration

Mid disagree for a total halt to migrants- skilled migrants we need. We do need some unskilled Labour in hard to fill jobs. No problem with that at all. But it has to be managed and controlled

Nothing done to excess and without controls ends well

100% correct; hence, my piece about Rory. I'm sure certain posters could somehow square that circle for us.

Ex Bishop of Swansea jailed for historical child abuse. What is it with religion and child abuse, its rife among all religions!

He gets 4 lousy years where really, he should stay in prison until he dies.

Well they are proposing something which will get taken to the ECHR to check whether it is against the EU rules... then there will be appeal and perhaps at some stage around the time of the next election they will have an answer...

Appalling decision. Right from the word go there seems to have been some inexplicable reason and a necessity to portray this totally evil an act in as almost sterile way as possible.
Nothing but contempt for all those involved with the seemingly ongoing cover up.

My opinion is that it was down to his age at the time of the crime. He was 17, a minor, a boy. In the eyes of the law can a boy commit an act of terror. I think it would have been different had he been a few months older Just my opinion.

You could be right, but what about his parents, they must have had a inkling as to his behaviour patterns. The laws an ass parents should carry some responsibility for folk classed (when convenient) as minors.

The explanation seems pretty reasonable to me

" Hall concluded that while “male loners, accessing violent material online, desperate for notoriety” present a real threat, terrorism must only refer to violence committed “to advance a political, religious, racial or ideological cause”, rather than serving as a label for the most serious offending "

I’d rather go with a different explanation..
That of a youth accessing online terror material, purchasing bomb making equipment, being known to authorities, using the MO of terror, ie attacking children, using knives, targeting a Taylor Swift event leads me to believe it was a terrorist motivated attack. Just an opinion.

Using the traditional definition of terrorism they would be right

He wasn’t doing it for any sort of political ideology like PIRA, an end to British rule or the PLO and end to occupation in the West Bank and he wasn’t like ISIS who want a dark age caliphate.

He was simply a nut nut who wanted to kill and harm as many people as possible.

Different question that Mr M

The so called cover up was part of the culture, and I will again reference the re tweet from a labour MP about covering things up “for the sake of diversity”

And, as a consequence; surely, we are going to see even more illegals trying to get into the UK. Nice one KS 👍🏻
