They wrote the letter to the Fa prior to him being found innocent. The police investigation discovered enough evidence for the CPS to prosecute so there must have been enough evidence to justify court proceedings.
As it transpired, he was found not guilty but up until the spokesperson of the jury announced their verdict the decision the club took to try and make the Fa aware of his alleged action was absolutely the correct decision.
You're using a later fact to poorly attempt to justify an argument against the club for doing which at the time was a morally correct course of action.

Think you know no matter what evidence is put forward the likes of S&D and Town_Fan (which quite often seems an ironic user name) will continue down the same well trodden path.

Well trodden by a tiny minority, though.

17 pages answering the Rowe lover, is enough for me. I think we should all boycott this thread completely. Who else is ready to leave the thread to the numpty?

The amusing thing is, the longer the thread goes on, with updates from a small number of Rowe fans, the more material they generate the dissuade potential future employers from taking a risk on Rowe! Had they kept quiet, all the material generated by the 99% of CFC fans on here spelling out why Rowe left CFC might never have been made public!

I for one hope this thread continues because it is generating a nice portfolio of information

He claimed the complainant turned up at the team hotel the night of the Chelsea game (with her young son) where there was a party of some sort.

If he's trying to claim that the complainant's historic (legal) behaviour should have influenced the CPS and/or what could be discussed in court then he's on a loser.

I'm hearing (in the podcast) that he's been spending his time studying policy control and relationships at the top of a football club. Perhaps he can comment on whether he thinks CFC was right to suspend him when the allegations were made?

I hope our Recruitment Team have taken note of his target recommendations. He can definitely spot a player.

If that?s the case why did he have such a high number of players join us. It seemed like a procession if I remember correctly.

Cos one they were in the door the slightest issue tended to leave them out in the cold and someone brought in to replace them!

It was and I said so at the time - I felt his management style was just to replace players not build something and get more from the whole

Sim View was one of those that? jumped on it when I said that.

As it turned out??..
A new hope.

Eh? Didn?t realise you were having a private conversation with someone about it! Also is it so hard to spell my name right when it?s there in front of you to copy!

The notion of his actions failing to build something doesn't stack up given his point count.

I'm not sure what I jumped on. Which post was it?
