It’s perfectly possible to be critical of a countries leaders/government/ hardline pressure groups without hating the people/religion/race of that country.


Just as it’s perfectly viable to be highly critical of the actions of a small percentage of a demographic while recognising that not everyone from that demographic is if the same mindset.

Question time during lock down had a woman saying, I kid you not, the NHS was guilty of medical racism. What even is that? Disease picks its victims on skin colour? Religion? What next? Biology is discriminating against dwarfism? Cycle cell is because of racist red blood cells?



And yet no one on the panel batted an eye lid - as if this was a perfectly normal thing to say. I’d live hear an explanation of the term medical racism is. What sign on A+E entrance doors saying no pets, no blacks, no Irish? Yeah coz that’s a real thing in hospital where a huge number of nurses and doctors are not British born or white isn’t it.

Well said. If it was 1942, some on here, would have called for the arrest of Churchill for the Normandy landings/going to war to fight for British democracy and freedom from terror of the sort committed by Hamas. War's a terrible business. That's a fact but Israel has a right to defend itself. Unless Hamas are destroyed they will be be back to commit more slaughter. That goes for Putin too.
