County seem to think we have a rivalry with them too, hope they give us the whole stand like they usually do, if we only get a 1000 tickets it's gunna be a lottery to get a ticket

They have to give us more than that. I wouldn't expect many more than 2000 though.

Seems to becoming all the rage these days, limiting away attendances. Money must be growing on trees in the lower divisions.

I don't think it's all that prevalent. I think it's complicated at Notts by a requirement for Notts County to cover the cost of closing down County Road when the number of tickets sold in that stand exceeds a certain number. I guess they run the risk of being out of pocket unless they sell x number in excess of amount they're currently offering. Add in extra staffing costs, the perceived edge it gives away sides and you can understand why they do it.

Donny brought 10 and Port Vale 17 more than they did, so did they even sell out?

It's in the East Stand.
Properly segregated as it's designed to be.
It only seats a limited number.
That's because we can pretty much fill the rest of the stadium with our own.
If some fans think their club's too special for that to apply, it's just ignorant arrogance.
And if they wanna be petty by refusing to open sections they couldn't sell anyway, it's them who suffer...

They make it up as they go along. Did it for PV, gave them under 2000 and them mystereiously found an extra 300 or so. Safety certificate my ass

I think we struggle to get a 1000 in the East Stand most games especially since results have tailed off.
