Gotta say that performance has shown me up, let's hope now he pushes on from that, and becomes a consistent scorer for us..

Very difficult, don?t think some appreciate how difficult the situation was , coming into an injury ravaged side clearly lacking a bit of confidence, not creating anywhere near as many chances as we were , I?d say he was far from poor , there were simply no chances or moments coming his way. Really happy for him , he looked delighted. Hope for a few more.

Totally agree, have people not been watching the way he has been held by one sometimes two defenders without any interference from the officials. Some on here have said he should not be getting involved and just play the ball, not sure how this is possible when the defenders are wrapped around you.
Says a lot about his character how in all his games up to now no matter how often he has been dragged to the floor he is back up and going again.
Hopefully he can now push on and keep adding to his tally as some on here were writing him off after his first half, but some of the same posters don't rate Will Grigg,so we will have to rely on hindsight.

Worth mentioning that Michael Olakigbe looked every bit as pleased at his first senior career goal. He's still pretty raw but there's a player in there - the finish was excellent.

There was an air about him that as he got the ball and went towards goal that told you he was going to score, tucked it away very confidently.

Equally, the cross to the back stick taking every Doncaster player out for Naylor to pop back across for Pepple.
Looked a simple bit of play but had to be put on a sixpence. Picture perfect

Totally agree. Unpolished but could be a really good acquisition

Brilliant for him to see it and then execute it to perfection - the way he hung it in the air to the back post to be attacked.
