Help
Pains to say it as he was excellent for most of last season but is Naylor in decline? I say most of last season, however towards the end he appeared tired and this seemed to coincide with the bad run after we had won promotion. As Naylor was so integral to us his decline inevitably seemed to affect the whole team. This seems to have continued this season, although he has been playing more in defence. He has also had injuries which take longer to recover from at his age. We could do with a younger version of Naylor.
Of course if players of the quality of Nsylor and Grigg ere 10 or maybe even 5 years younger they wouldn?t be playing for town.
Makes you wonder how we got Jack Lester when he was still around his best.

Naylor is a shadow of his former self and as we know sport is a ?what can you do for me now? business. His legs seem to have gone and he has little influence as a midfielder and is too small for a centre half. We need pace and energy in the side and Naylor needs to sit out a few.

Playing him in his proper position would be a start, defensive midfield.

He is playing way too high up the pitch. He needs to be shielding the back 4.

not his best performance today but i think he has considerable credit in the bank, surprised fleck did not get any minutes today.

We should have given him the last 20mins after his great showing the other night. The tempo from the midfield and defence much too slow.

He must be gutted we're getting players back, he's not getting a look in now.. such a shame. #wastedtalent
