Sometimes, you have to adapt to the league, work to budget restraints, and employ a system that ensures survival and makes you difficult to beat.
I think some Everton fans (and West Ham, for that matter) think they are still in the glory days of the 80s. Both teams faltered once Moyes left. Man Utd were/are a basket case; he wasn't given long enough and some of the players used ridiculous excuses to resist his appointment, and blamed poor performances on it. Rio Ferdinand saying he lost the dressing room because he stopped fish and chips on a Friday afternoon, being a classic example.
IMO Moyes is a better manager than Dyche.
