With the greatest respect, that?s absolute nonsense. We were worse last week.

With a reciprocal amount of respect, ... we had shots last week, this week we had nothing until about the 87 minute by Duffy. We never looked like scoring today...
all we are saying, is give us ...a goal, or 2+

Surely we need to rethink Oldaker starting.

More urgency required. Mandeville in the 2 alongside Naylor next time please.

I didn't think Oldaker was the real problem today.

More importantly Cook was praising him today so this rethink you are hoping for might be away off.

The last three games have been incredibly pedestrian for large parts. I agree about Mandeville though, he has had his rest, get him back In the team

My thoughts on a very poor and disappointing game and performance

Another game where potential poor decisions by the ref could have changed the outcome
2 possible red cards
High foot that Injured Sparkes only yellow given
Madden held back on last man after turning them and nothing given

Off the ball foul not given right in front of the ref just before the shot leading to the goal
Lots of off the ball incidents overlooked
Very soft fouls given against us

The pitch was very bobbly and impacted control of the ball but then same for both sides
Naylor should have done better with his chance
Not yet convinced by Pepple
Colclough left his shooting boots at home
The odd good bit of skill but it?s another game of dropped points

This is becoming a season that promised so much being massively impacted by injuries and ref decisions

I have now lowered my expectations to a mid table finish and push on for next season with a hope that our injury luck changes and we make a late push for play offs where on our day we can beat anyone in this league
Have passport will travel

Certainly had a better one than Naylor. DJ performed 3 bursting runs from deep and kept the ball on a string.

Shecks played well too

I think this has been a bit of a characteristic recently. Quite a few of those written off as not good enough for L2 have conducted themselves really well.

Said it before and I?ll say it again, Tyrer is possibly our biggest miss this season. Also Oldaker is far far too pedestrian, why on earth was he going for a short free kick at that stage. Time for a rest for him.
Probably as pis..d off as I?ve been after a performance all season.

It is fashionable to knock Oldaker, unjustly, in my opinion. As the commentators agreed he had a good game. Face facts we were poor today against an even poorer side. If you look for poor performances today, look no further than Dobra. He was invisible in the first half, slightly more visible, but ineffective, in the second. Surprisingly, Naylor had an off day and as for Madden, oh dear. As a matter of interest, any guesses which of our players is on ?500,000 a year, or thereabouts, as claimed by the commentator.

Some very harsh comments on here.
We?ve lost a game at the most sickening time when the ref missed yet another foul on Dobs and gave it the other way.
We failed to create enough clear cut chances but did enough to win the game - or alternatively, there is no way Cheltenham deserved the win.
Given that the back four hasn?t played together this season and the front four hasn?t played together before, we were the superior side?..and ffs get off Thompsons back - ridiculous.

None of them remotely close. It's nonsense.

Yes, there is little sign of the needed four or five wins in a row we need to fire up our season.
We didnt create a lot, and, despite all the blame being pointed at Thompson, our defence did allow the shooter to wander (with no pace) in to our penalty area and get a free shot off.

We?ve won consecutive games once this season.
Says a lot about consistency.

He was poor today, I lost count of the number of times he got the ball, and either stopped running and slowed to a walk, or stopped moving all together with the ball at his feet.

He went forward with it once and looked dangerous.

Dobra looked lively.

Paddy couldn?t get hold of the ball.

Duffy and the lad from Brentford looked lively.

People offers absolutely nothing for how we play.
A new hope.

Well said 👏 we absolutely were the best team?didn?t deserve to lose?.their keeper pulled off a couple of great saves.

Just because Thompson had a couple of games where his kicking wasn?t on point?he?s a pants keeper?.it?s embarrassing that you can guess exactly who are quick to criticise. People should watch the replay of the goal?.it was an instinctive save?.defence didn?t cover themselves in glory.

Thompson has not cost us at all in any game he?s played?..people like a scapegoat because they have no brain cells

Consistency comes with a settled team in key positions?.unfortunately we?ve had no luck at alll with injury after injury.

We had consistency at the beginning of the season when we had a settled team & results proved that.

People always quick to look at negatives to poke holes

For me priority is signing a permanent goalkeeper next season, one that has performed consistently at this level or level above. We were lucky last season with Tyrer, but this lad is not great, makes too many mistakes and just does not improve us.

We need a monumental clear out this summer.

This is far from the first time that you have referred to the need for a clear out this summer. Name those on your list this time. Having asked you twice previously to provide names, you consistently decline to do so. Put up or shut up.

Am sure you?ll agree I?m not usually one to criticise but I think DJ is far too pedestrian, often the right pass but either two seconds too late or rolled rather than zipped, and I don?t think Thompson is an upgrade on Boot, I?m not throwing teddies out of the pram it?s just a personal observation that Ive come to over the season.

Look at the criticism got earlier in the season when he had a bad few games that cost us games when he actually did make mistakes.

Like my mate always said that was a keeper at City?Keeper is the worst position in the team?you?re either a hero or a villain & fans quick to always jump on it
