Loved our work ethic, t'neet.

Chased everything from the front.

Dobra terrific, Sparkes impressive, McFadz oozed class.

And releasing Naylor offers us so many more options in midfield.

Was getting twitchy at one nil - always afraid of a mistake or manky decision or moment of magic.

Same old 'plenty of jabs but no knockout blow' concerns.

Quality from Dobs - again - Fleck and Madden let us breath easy, though.

Mention for Mandy's non-stop efforts, too.

Hope McFadz' exit was only precautionary.

Could be the turning point after a teeth grindingly frustrating couple of months.

Well done Tairn...

Dobra 🤩 can the person who said we should get rid of him a few weeks ago make themselves known please?

Was good to see Metcalfe back isn't afraid of moving the ball forward.

Game won when he came on, 10 men etc but Fleck has been very tidy.

His passing was on another level.

Lack of legs will hinder him, though...

Great to get back to winning ways.

McFaz, Madden, Dobs are going to be crucial to where we finish this year. All look like they can be a level above anyone else on the pitch.

Still some early concerns from the first 60 around patterns of play but McFaz is great for putting a stop to continuous backwards and sideways to switch play over to the left.

Sparkes and Duffy showed some quality delivery, just needs to click with Pepple and he's putting himself in good positions.

Fleck had a strong cameo, if we can get him playing consistently you can see he has the ability to pick a pass between the lines, something we desperately struggle with sometimes from DJ.

Onwards and upwards, Cheltenham next then into probably the season defining run of Donny, Walsall, Crewe, County etc.

Good win. Very happy

Bromley very poor. Made my year seeing cheek look like a donkey. That?s the first time I?ve seen him have a bad game.

I?m still unsure about pepple. Madden did everything people didn?t do for me.

Lots of positives. Bring on Cheltenham

McFadz class above this level, hopefully he?s not badly injured. I?d take Imray from them btw, right wingback on loan from Palace, impresses me every time I see them.

Great to see Fleck come on and do well too. And to see Colclough bag (just about).

Moaning two hat, not so bad now is it.

It was a terrible second half up until Colclough scored, against ten men Bromley at home, how can you say those first 35 mins were good?

More than seven thou'?

Amazing turn out again - especially after more than eight thousand home fans Sat'di.

A huge confidence booster for players and fans alike, too.

A constructive criticism, though?

We need to play a higher tempo to disrupt determined defences. And be more ambitious with our passes into the box (noticed several runs beyond defenders only for the ball player to take the safe option).

All the new arrivals added something, t'neet. We can't ask for more...

Great win. A frustrating period before our second but who cares now we have the three points. Loved watching Fleck and Metcalfe at the end. Will give Cook headaches moving forward. Hope Banks gets the nod moving forward, offers more than Oldaker who frustrates me.

Also impressed by paddy and fleck in the last 15. The link up was top drawer

Fadz looks absolute class I thought Metcalfe looked good in his cameo also.

I would give Madden a start in Saturday and use pepple to replace him later in the game.

Pepple occupies defenders and chases.

A case of perspiration lacking inspiration, though...

MacFadzean's injury was just a knock on the inside of his knee. He was explaining it when he was subbed.
Not quite sure what to make of Pepple, he doesn't seem to find space and just runs with the defenders. We're sending more crosses in now and he's only got onto the end of one of them which he missed.
Life goes on. Whatever happens.

Ground them down as we did to so many sides last year from 70 mins onwards. First time we have managed to mark cheek out of the game. Grimes had him in his pocket. In all fairness the new signings all look a breath of fresh air. Hopefully Mcfadzean hasn?t done ligaments but would certainly test him Saturday to have him back next week.

Am also really hoping that we hold onto dobra?
