Before the Southport atrocities had you in your former legal capacity ever heard of, or had dealings in any way, professional or otherwise, with the Rudakubana family, in particular his father Alphonse and his families connection to Rwanda?
Or is this another subject that dare not be mentioned.
I’d almost bank on it that the answer would be that the report never crossed his desk.
