Be interesting to hear how it?s caught up with him though?.ref said something could have happened and said something, Fleetwood grassed him up? Can?t believe someone from the FA has sat and watched all the game looking for anything that was missed?

Ref watched someone dive straight in front of him and did nothing and even with the rules specifically to deal with playacting after a game nothing has happened.

It?s just frustrating the amount of stuff that has gone against us this season. You see games galore where stuff doesn?t happen at the moment or post game like this.

I?m not bothered one way or another, Banks has let his self control get the better of him. This she I te does my head in and Banks picks his wage up and his actions show little respect for his playing mates, the fans and cfc.

Penny for the true thoughts of Phil and Ash.

AND will we see Mr Banks front up - I don?t think so.
God I hate this league.

Wonder if anyone caught the Wombles keepers antics at the end of the game on camera towards the Kop, that footage would be worth a 3 match ban I imagine

Cookie saying on 1866 some of the walking wounded (maybe walking is the wrong word) are out for the season. I'm guessing Dunkley is topping that list.

If the Berry rumour - his hammy going in warm up when already known about?,

When will this sort of thing stop?

Ridiculous (if true)

Would love to know the rationale of our warm up. No individual or pairs stretching!! All we do is run up and down the cones doing certain motion stretches. I?m no expert but having watched most of the other teams we seen to be alone with this warm up

Our current plight was summed up by Bailey Hobson, who when he was stretching out and warming up just before the game kicked off, managed to fall over doing so..

The best way to warm up for any activity is to do the activity just at a lower intensity. Some easy running, drills with the ball, Dynamic not static stretching.

Has that changed in recent years as we always used to have the rubber bands out!!

Any band work would be part of your dynamic work.

Each return will almost be like a new signing, so how about an update on when we can expect them back? (Will try and edit with reasonable up to date info)

Ryan Colclough - Possibly New Years Day
James Berry - Soonish?
Michael Jacobs - Mid January?
John Fleck - Back in Training, Match Fitness issue?
Chey Dunkley - Training but not heading (Neck Injury)
Will Grigg - 2/3 Months?
Paddy Madden - ??
Ash Palmer - ??
Lewis Gordon - ??
Devan Tanton - ??
Jenson Metcalfe - ??
Vontae Daley-Campbell - ??
Tyrone Williams - Long Term?
Mike Jones - Out for the Season!

From what I gathered from management's interviews the order of return is...

Colclough - down on his haunches at the end - hopefully just disappointment
Berry - never intended to come on today - reports of him injuring in warmup not mentioned
Araujo - never intended to come on today
Fleck - never intended to come on today
VDC - near return

Palmer - starting to training tomorrow
Madden - starting training mid-Jan

No mention of Jacobs, Tanton, Metcalf, Gordon, Grigg, Dunkley, Williams and obviously Jones
Accentuate th Positive, eliminate the negative

I was wondering if it is the playing surface that they are struggling with?
Especially if its completely different to what they train on.
