No just stating a fact that a manager can be a victim of there own success. So if a manager got a team promoted to the premier league in a shoe string and got the sack as the team struggled do they really deserve the sack?

If they were doing nothing to address the issues, then yes.

It appears Woking don't vet incoming managers as stringently as they do visiting fans (well us) as they've appointed the ring master of soilyhulls sh..housery Neil Ardley as their choreographer, poor sods.

Tbf to Ardley it was ingrained at the club before he took over, so was probs just working to instruction, I don't recall NC being so cynical when he was there

Agreed, that's why I used the term 'ring master' and have maintained, 'soilyhul a club rotten from the top"

But you post also makes it look as tho you expect him to impose similar tactics at Woking..

He clearly encouraged them at soilyhull, when he could have tried to increase the fan base by playing something resembling football

Maybe, but not something you'd want on your CV and being Soilyhull as well a double whammy.

I reckon he?ll wish he?d not signed a new contract extension but quitting at the first problem of his career would sully his reputation so can?t see it.

Just before they play us, we're either gonna rip them a new one or lose.
