That bit of skill down near the line was superb second half. Showed why he won't be playing in League Two next year unfortunately for us.

It?s not markanday as that would have meant he didn?t play today.

My money is on either Fleck announcing his retirement this week to that either Metcalfe or Tantons loans have been terminated.

All of which are within the fa rules which free a place up.

I would more hazard a guess at following the dressing room bust up after the MK Game it would more likely be one or two of the players involved.

It could be Fleck, but it could also be Mike Jones, achilles tendinitis isn't the easiest condition to get rid of as you get older. I had it for three years and I still get twinges now. I hope it isn't Jones because he's a great player for this league. As others have said,it could be one of the loan players.

Aren?t they under age players so weren?t taking a place anyway?

Metcalfe and Tanton are both under 21 and not named on our EFL squad list.

Both Metcalfe and Tanton are listed as U21s so terminating their loans makes no difference.

I would like to think we get an answer regarding how Hobson was able to be added to the squad but I wonder if there are some special circumstances under the rules which have been applied for and accepted in this case.
