Has in fact Hobson been recalled? I can not see any PR from either club, he played Saturday and it could be he is with us for some bonding, but will return down south, bearing in mind Barnet?s next League match is not until 14 December?

If he'd been recalled, you would think that we'd hear something from one end or another, because someone always finds out. The way some supporters gleen information makes Joe Kenda look amateurish. The rumours I hear, I can usually dismiss without thinking too much,which is a good thing.

He must count as an u21 player based on dates and when he turned 22 which was 1st August this year.

Excellent. He's not naturally a central midfielder I don't think but he's built like a tank and can get about the pitch so that will have to do tomorrow.

He's got a massive opportunity to nail a place in the team now he's back and under the current circumstances. He doesn't get in as one of the more attacking players. Could be the making of him playing deeper. He's certainly got something about him.

Interesting. I tend to agree from what little I've seen of him that pace is lacking but he can makes up for it in other areas. If he can tackle and position himself cleverly he's got a chance to nail a place given our frailties in that position.

Still baffled how we have made room for him in the 22. Perhaps it does involve Connor Cook and moving him from the main squad list to the U21 list is allowed. If you believe the DT article about the reason for inclusion in the main list it suggest we will only be able to name six subs. Not sure that is a problem for tomorrow.

I just hope the club are careful and we don't end up fielding an ineligible player somewhere along the line.

I'm still of the thinking that by virtue of the dates\his birthday etc Hobson counts as an Under 21. Pretty sure that once you're part of the named squad you cant move around between lists so we couldnt move Cook from one to another.
