Live Streaming
bet365 provides a Live Streaming service for its customers, showcasing matches and events from a wide variety of sports.
To be eligible for this service, you need to be logged in and either have a funded account or have placed a bet within the last 24 hours.
To view all sports that currently have Live Streaming coverage, click here.
Accessing Live Streams
Ensure you are logged in and your account is funded or you have placed a bet in the last 24 hours.
If your account meets the eligibility criteria, you can access our Live Streaming service by navigating to the In-Play page, selecting a sport from the Overview menu and clicking the Live Stream icon next to the fixture/event you wish to watch.
You can also access Live Streaming by picking a sport from the left hand side menu on the Home page and selecting a competition or market. Fixtures or events with Live Streaming enabled will have the Live Stream icon next to them.
Live Streaming can also be accessed by selecting In-Play on the top of the screen and scrolling to the right of the Sports bar until you can see the ?Streaming? option . Select this to view all events that are available for Live Streaming.

Live Streaming Features
Our Live Streaming service has a variety of features that are explained in more detail below.
Full Screen
Selected sports streams can be viewed in full screen mode. To do this, press the full screen button in the bottom right corner of the stream.
Floating Window
The Floating Window feature allows you to watch a Live Stream on a smaller ?pop-out? window, which you can then reposition. This gives you the flexibility to navigate the site whilst watching your stream uninterrupted.
Please note that streams will not play simultaneously. If you access another stream, the stream currently playing in your floating window will pause.
To use the Floating Window feature, press the Floating Window button in the bottom left corner of the screen. To exit the Floating Window, press the X button in the same place the Floating window button was located and your stream will return to a fixed window.
Bet In-Stream
The Bet In-Stream feature allows you to place bets, cash out, and check other markets and odds changes whilst watching a stream in full screen.
To use the Bet In-Stream feature, ensure that your Live Stream has full screen available. This feature will appear automatically at the bottom of the stream. You can then select the market that you wish to bet on or expand your options with the menu icon in the bottom left corner.
Video Wall
The Video Wall feature allows you to watch multiple streams at the same time. Any stream that can be played in full screen mode can be viewed on the Video Wall. You can watch events from multiple sports on the Video Wall by selecting Favourite on the event stream then navigating to the Favourites section. Your favourited streams will then appear on the Video Wall.
To use the Video Wall feature, put your stream on full screen and then access the drop down menu in the top left corner. All streams currently available for your selected sport can be viewed on the grid.
Highlights
For selected sports, you will have the option to view highlights from important moments during games. For example, our Soccer streams allow you to view goals and other selected important events.
When a key moment occurs, the bar on the bottom of the screen will show an image, such as a football for Soccer. To view the highlight, press the image and the highlights will appear, to view the highlights, press the Live Stream button .
My Bets Stream Viewer
If you have placed a bet on an event which is available for Live Streaming, you will be able to watch it on the My Bets page of the website.
You can view the stream on the ?My Bets? page if the bet is available to stream by simply clicking the Live Stream icon .
Audio Commentary
A fixture or event which has audio commentary will have a speaker icon next to it. Select this and you will be taken to the audio stream.
Please note that only selected matches and events will have audio commentary.
UK and Irish Horse Racing Archive
bet365 customers have access to the UK and Irish Racing Archive which includes unlimited race replays from all UK and Irish racecourses.
The Racing Archive can be accessed by scrolling to the bottom of the site on either desktop or mobile and selecting the UK and Irish Racing Archive link under the Form and Stats header.
Once in the archive, you can view the form of any horse in any race they have recently ran, in UK and Ireland. You can watch the full race or the final furlong. To do this, when on the stream, select either the ?Full Race? or ?Final Furlong? tabs.
You can also view the previous five races a horse has ran in whilst you are on a race card. To do this, click on the horse and a drop down with their previous five races will appear with the meeting they participated in and the position they finished. To view the race select the Live Stream icon and you will be able to watch the full race or the final furlong.
Replays can also be accessed via the ?My Bets? page if you have placed a bet on an eligible race or from the ?Results? link under the Scores and Results header at the bottom of the website.
Races normally become available in the archive around 30 minutes after the end of the race.
The Racing Archive can be accessed by scrolling to the bottom of the site on either desktop or mobile and selecting the Results link under the Scores and Results header.
