Guaranteed to be at home, and based on how the North section is split, we can be at home to one of four teams (maybe I got this wrong but it's split A & B)
Round of 32 Draw ? Northern Section
Draw B
Winners
Blackpool
Doncaster
Chesterfield
Rotherham
Runners Up
Tranmere
Port Vale
Wigan
Aston Villa U21s
Prize money is actually decent, 10k per win in the group stages, 20k if we win in next round then 40k (QF), 50k (SF) & 100k for winning (50k for runners up)
I'm not a fan of the format or B teams, but plenty of ??? to go at.

Seems an odd thing to in splitting the North section in two. I suppose it is just to stop a club drawing the same team they played in the group stage.

I remember driving an LDV or Sherpa for a mate who'd slipped on the ice midway through clearing some old building out in Parwich. The steering ability of the Titanic, more leaks than a Welsh Allotment and the power of an old lawnmower, but apart from that, a great van. Every time I think of the LDV Trophy, I think of that day.

Never seen us beat Wigan in my time supporting Town. Various draws and lots of defeats.
