Too much time on the ball and too many misplaced passes. Not sure where Mandeville is supposed to be playing? He?s not good enough at this level.

Not aggressive enough as a team and We need Naylor in midfield not at the back where he can?t influence our attacking play.

Same performance and result as last week. Problem in we have such a one dimensional managed we have no plan B and we will play exactly the same next week. At least we should be safe from relegation this season.

Naylor is there because we're lacking Dunkley and he's a better right footed defender than Williams, unfortunately. And I do mean unfortunately, because we need him alongside Oldaker and Banks sat on the bench, please. Banks and Oldaker is not the pairing. Not one bit. If just one of Dunkley, Metcalfe or Fleck were fit, things would be a lot rosier, for sure.

I can handle losing but you have to lose in the right way and that really wasn?t it. They weren?t up to much but worked harder and wanted the win more than we did. That?s unacceptable. Dobra is wildly frustrating. Can be a world beater but also the opposition best player. I?m not sure Mandeville is good enough at this level unfortunately.

Naylor at the back just has to stop. Banks and Oldaker don?t dominate midfields. Grigg is such a good striker but we?re not making any chances. Until we do, we won?t win many games as we?re incapable of keeping a clean sheet. Not convinced Boot is good enough either.

There is a lot to like about this squad but there is also some deadwood. We need a few out and a few in in January if we want to challenge for the playoffs.
