The home turnout for their FA Cup game against AFC Wimbledon was pathetic, one of the Wimbledon strikers scored and tried to take the mick out of the home fans but struggled to find any to stand in front of.

Personally, i think 10,419 for an FA Cup 1st round game between two L2 teams is far from pathetic. 8,600 were home fans, which is well up on their average league attendance this season 6,717, which includes away fans.
Dislike MkDons by all means, but 99% of their fans didn't migrate from Wimbledon. Fans are fans, and they can't help having a stadium way too big for them.
Only 4 seasons ago we were struggling to fill 33% of our ground. Where those 3,500 fans pathetic for attending?

The M1 is a car park most evenings and worse the further south you get. Lots of roadworks too. And the cameras that go with them!
Probably allow 2 hours to get there, parked up etc.

Yep, thinking of knocking work on the head at 4ish.
I'm working in London Wed/Thur so just going to stay down there so won't have to suffer the usual night closers on the M1 heading home

Notice they are charging a flat rate for all games this season after lowering prices to combat low gates, not bad at all given the set up and the ?28 etc at Crewes of the world
