Two Keir standing up in a moving French military vehicle inspecting the troops reminiscent of some East European dictator. This would be funny it didn't look disturbingly odd. Catch it if you can.

Meanwhile, the journalist Alison Pearson, a respected Telegraph reporter, gets a visit from his secret police on Armistice morning inviting her down to the station to discuss a tweet she made one year ago. Anybody else read Huxley's, "Brave New World?"

This is Labour's Britain when you have a weak, insipid, lying, PM and a cabinet of inexperienced pygmy politicians with just 3 out 26 with business experience. But we are in safe hand because they've been on all the courses and have the attendance certificates to prove it.

With maximum growth of just 1.9% predicted over the next five years, NI hikes and Mad Ed set to squander billions on Net Zero which includes the absurdity of carbon capture in tanks on the sea bed verything points to a rise in unemployment and a future in which we will all be poorer, colder and experiencing power cuts. Get those candles now.

Pearson respected??? She?s universally ridiculed

Taking out politics, do you not think she would have to be pretty good to get a gig at such an esteemed paper? The same as the writers for the Mirror, whose views we may not all share but we can recognise that you dont get those roles if you arent pretty capable and respected...

Never confuse having a different opinion as being ignorant or incapable although it seems to be the norm on here.

Wonder how furious the Conservative leadership are about the alleged economic planning and cost regarding the Northeye Facility at Bexhill on Sea. No doubt that's Starmer's fault too.

I foolishly thought you might be criticising the Tories for once given the thread you've posted this in. Alas, I should've known! More balance as usual from the self-proclaimed Mr Balanced.

You have more chance of seeing a green three legged unicorn driving a Ferrari than him criticising his beloved Tories.

I must have said a fair few times that the last lot were rubbish, I wouldn't trust Boris with anything, he has been sacked from every job he did except one (and Livingston and Khan have proved it's impossible to be sacked from that).

I have never voted for them so they are no more Mt Tories than yours. I guess the difference is I at least look what the other parties say rather than going "I am working class, I have to vote Labour"

In case you haven't noticed they haven't done much for you either - unless you work in the public sector.

What reasons would any of them be sacked from the Mayors job?

Didnt say they should be but all are a bit controversial and all have survived so it must be virtually impossible to be sacked. Although how much did those water cannons cost that couldnt be used...?

It was a light hearted bit of joshing, but of course Starmer had to respond, pity he didn?t have anything to say to the farmers who provide the sandwiches he?s so keen on!

A very charitable interpretation of what she's saying. She also unironically likened herself to Daenarys from Game of Thrones in the same interview (she committed genocide). Obviously her latest bout of weirdness is small fry but she's been completely found out and the Tories are done for the foreseeable unless they change leader. She has no ability to unite, she is a shock jock who thrives off culture war bullsh** and we're not quite as bad as the Seppos yet so that isn't going to get her very far with most normal people in this country. Your new lot are the main challengers moving forwards, Russian Nigel and his billionaire pals will try their best to get as many brainwashed folk on board with their no doubt idiotic plans.

Dismiss at Labours peril, I might actually join the party.
Anyhow at least Starmer likes a sandwich, a bit different to Milliband erm enjoying a bacon sarnie a few years ago. He could barely bring himself to digest it.
Maybe that was an early indication of Labours contempt for our farmers?
