Rinaldo played against Man City U21s so no reason to think he wont start tonight either, especially if there is any doubt over Thompson from Saturday.

With nothing to play for, I'd be shocked if Grimsby send more than the minimum first teamers to simply comply with the rules.

Don't think so as it is an EFL competition. Nothing stopping us registering them though as we have a couple of slots available.

Is Jones fit? If so I am surprised he wasn't in the squad on Saturday. I am sure they had hoped Fleck would be ready for a start in this game but it sounds like he is fatigued again. There's always Mohiuddin as well, he looked capable.

That would be nice but fatigue and hamstring was mentioned in the same sentence - Webb's I think.

I was expecting a strong team but not that strong - plenty of backup on the bench as well

Can?t remember the exact rules but it?s not like we could play a team like we did in the trophy so it was always going to be a pretty strong lineup
