Pull the seats out behind the goal and the atmosphere will return.

And we?d lose the safety license for that stand and have to close it.

I understand your sentiments, but the only ones who should be standing at an EFL or Premiership ground are those who need to be, and that doesn't include any of the crowd apart from the drummer.

We need some decent run out music
And a good tune for when we score

yes I've hit on this as well , a small amount of away fans seem to sound sharper louder and crisper but the noise from the south stand sounds muffled even the new drum sounds flat , I've sat in every area of the ground and it always sounds flat from the south stand , and before any smart bottom gets involved there's nowt wrong with my hearing and not pulling fans choir down it's just flat unfortunately.

It just depends where in the ground you sit.
God I hate this league.

I think this whole thread Is nonsense.

Watched the two PFL games today and the atmosphere is generally flat as a pancake unless something happens. Same every week.

Indeed, when the W7 massive was apparently at full flow I never heard it over the general murmur in the South Stand. The noise you hear in your locale always sounds louder. Likewise when I have seen the odd vlog shot from the North Stand the noise often sounds impressive. Don't think I have ever heard it from the other end of the ground.

Last point organised chanting isn't the be all and end all. The general ramping up of noise when we attacking is more important

The first half at Spurs was played out in near silence.

Why drown out real people with complete guff that 90% of people don't like.

Couldn't agree less.

Didn't even cheese merchants Sky comment on it. Funnily enough it livened up when the home team scored four

People wax lyrical about the atmosphere at Saltergate for some reason. In the days when it was consistently good there was no run out music.

I agree and certainly don?t want goal music but if we are to have run out music then surely make it a bit more upbeat. FWIW I don?t think the atmosphere is as bad as some make out. It has some quiet moments but so does every ground up and down the country. I don?t ever remember the main stand and Compton street get involved in chants like other stands do on Whitt Moore on a regular basis(I didn?t start going until 94 so it could have been different before that) , especially when we are playing well and Paul cooks barmy army gets going etc. I appreciate when we made our way down Compton street for the first half it was lively but you know what I mean. God I loved Compton street.

Nowt wrong with Daisy Daisy give me your answer do, Keep the home fires burning, and whatever else they had on those wax. Cylinders. Even Sunday dinner with Billy Cotton was more modern 😂😂😂. The atmosphere at Saltergate, from sub- 4,000 crowds was brilliant.
