The text messages show predatory tendencies and imo are his biggest issue to explain.

Equally, the WhatsApp messages between the masseuse and her colleague/friend.

How on earth have you drawn that conclusion?

I'm just as intrigued in her WhatsApp messages as in his text messages.

I couldn't care less about the outcome of the case, other than it being the right one.

I have absolutely no idea who "she" is, let alone dislike her.

Exactly. You made up some nonsense straw man argument and now you can't back it up.

No one has claimed or said any such thing. If they had you'd be breaking your fingers singling them out.

Every decent person on this board can see who thinks that way. You're not pulling the wool over anyone's eyes sunshine.
And I didn't make any kind of argument, I merely expressed my opinion on some of the mysoginistic bigots on here. And you clearly got the idea you were included in that. I wonder why.

I got the idea you were addressing me because you were directly responding, to me. And because you're the kind of spineless weasel who likes to bandy around that kind of baseless and false accusation by way of insinuation and slur. Which, by the way, is the polar opposite of decency.

So, again. Who has claimed "all women are making things up"?

This is why I'm not commenting one way or the other on the case. It polarises views to such an extent that things can get personal. We're all Spireites at the end of the day and we can't Influence what happens in court either way, so yes I'll read the thread and court reports, but at the end of the day, I don't know either of them personally.
I hope the truth comes out and justice prevails.

We are people with differing social and political views who happen to support the same football club.

On the court case. I haven?t been following it closely. Is it just one persons word against another or are there witnesses. I believe there are contemporaneous texts but is that it? If so it seems unlikely there will be a conviction which of course will set off kinds of debate.

I?m just glad he?s not at our club anymore.

Mate, I've never been one to condemn someone before being proved doing wrong, and I'm not starting now, but would you get yourself into such a predicament that you could end up in court defending your good name, because I know I wouldn't. Guilty or not, he's certainly stupid.

Rattled? By you! I've shat out things with more substance than you'll ever have after ten pints of real ale the night before.

Back up your claim. Did I say, or even imply that ' all women are always making things up'? And if I didn't, who has?

I'm told Friday's proceedings were delayed by a major discussion/ argument in open court between a Barrister and the judge. The case resumes next Wednesday 'cos the Judge has other things to do on Monday and Tuesday.

It will be interesting to see whether details of the discussion/argument are reported. I think it was in open court. If so, it should be.

"Addressing Mr Rowe, he said: ?Mr Rowe, you?ve been found not guilty, you are free to go.? He added: ?After the reaction from your family you must have thought you were back on the touchline.?

As the courts have failed so abysmally in this case I'd have thought the judge would be well advised to act a little more gracefully. Hardly surprising his family are relieved 4 years of waiting is finally over, after being found guilty in the court of the press and popular opinion long before.

Four years waiting for justice, numerous failings on behalf of the CPS and prosecution team and god knows how much taxpayer money wasted on a 'case' that shouldn't have seen the light of day.

*And another absolute faceplant by Bobs Board's resident kangaroo court.
