As someone who's suffered a lot (without going into detail) from these sorts of situations before I was simply asking people to keep a level head, not throw out 'gotchas' as if they know a truth that may never be known and sharing my thoughts for the victim if they are being cross-examined whilst telling the truth about all this.

Don't appreciate being censored and my comment is visible as a quote anyway so you've not done a very good job...

Would love it if someone could point out what's wrong with what I said please.

Was your reply quoting a post that needed to be removed? It may have been because trace of the original post needed to be removed

Me 'not looking up to' someone doesn't mean I think they should be up before the courts.

The practitioners of our legal system shouldn't be concerned with peoples morals or perceived lack of them. They should be concerned with the rule of law.

I believe my post was removed.

For the record, I did not offer an opinion on the guilt or innocence of the accused. Merely on whether it was wise to bring the case. Which - from my laymans understanding- does not fall under 'Contempt of court'. Though I have no problem with mods removing said post if they think it appropriate.

That said, there are swathes of posts with people (CPS being an obvious example) libelling people who have been found not guilty in a court of law that remain.

* Not a dig at the mods btw. Sure they'd rather not be picking through the posts. As such, I'll make no further comment until the verdict is delivered.

Davies and Lee Turnbull were brought in by the Trust if i remember correctly for a football side to the interview panel.
