Spent his entire career winding opposition fans up.
Absolute toss pot.

I've seen him a few times out in the wild this side of the border. A genuinely humourless tosspot of the highest order. Saw Chris Waddle in the same Tesco and he was a delight, incidentally.

Heard a few stories about him. He sounds like an awful human.

He seems to have a very high opinion of himself does Billy the Blade. No idea what wound him up.

Possibly the questioning of his physique and parentage

He gets that every week so she should be used to it 20 years into his career.

He'd just been booked for gobbing off at the ref hadn't he? And didn't like the fans giving him the bird. Very unprofessional

Don?t think I?ve ever really seen anyone lose their head at fans like that. Seen plenty of back and forth, Norwood a recent one that comes to mind. But it?s usually very much on the banter side of things. Sharp looked like he completely lost it - probably should have been sent off - and then had another pop at full-time too.

He's a player I reckon I could love it he played for us but dislike more than liver when playing against us.
Loved it that he lost his sh*t and am so proud of our 3000 supporters that managed to get his toys and dummy aimed at us.
Life goes on. Whatever happens.

These comments show why PC and co.made no approach to him pre season when some on here thought we should be doing, never changed, never will.

There were discussions. He allegedly told Cook he would score more goals than Grigg, Madden and Quigley combined.

I've never been able to abide Sharp since he played for Scunthorpe at Saltergate. Nobody was giving him any stick until he scored and thought he was clever goading the kop for no reason.
