Yep, a mini reshuffle gone on following the surprise, to me who knows nowt, resignation of Terry Ward. Has Terry simply retired or has he made way for Mrs Kirk 'cos the boss doesn't want to expand the Board?

Slightly interesting (to me at any rate) that in the official announcement there is no mention that Sharon is Phil's wife.
Are we supposed to know?
