Despite Stockley absolutely ragging Tom?

I hope he goes back into Midfield, but then last Saturday seemed the perfect opportunity with Oldaker suspended

Tom Naylor has done well as a stand in centre back, but I'd rather see him in front of the defence than part of it. If Jamie Grimes is good to go, I'd bring him back, allowing Chey Dunkley to occupy his best position. I'd move Ollie Banks to the centre mid position allowing DJ to stay in place. I'd say the team picks itself after that but it really doesn't. Do we go with Liam Mandeville or Dylan Markanday? I'm glad I'm not picking the side, but just watching instead.

He'd be back in the team beside Dunkley if I picked the side, because I think we're missing Tom Naylor in midfield. I'd play Banks behind the striker, because I think, not only is that his best position, but he's also one of the best centre mids in the squad. I'm not sure who to play up top if Will Grigg's out, I wonder if Tyrone Williams fancies a go at being our new target man .

No idea what kind of team Cheltenham are but I'd be tempted to get a bit more height and muscle in the team. Nearly every team we have played attempt to out muscle us and have succeeded to varying degrees.

Looks like we might see them off the bench. The way PC was talking it will be Drummond to start up top. No fancy changes in formation or square pegs in round holes. Three changes maximum not including Grigg's forced replacement

Grigg only out for a week or two as well, excellent stuff, we were brown bread for 5 minutes but now we're alive and cooking

Be amazed if Drummond didn't start.

What kinda man management would it be to deny him an opportunity when the main striker's out?

Especially if Madden can come on at some point.

Meanwhile Colclough can unlock resilient defences like no other Tairn player.

Again, expect a second half twenty or so minutes if benched.

Other than that Naylor simply must return to central midfield...

Good point. No point in buying/having a striker and not using him.
Wonder what Jamie Grimes thoughts are regarding Naylor as CB?
Looking forward to seeing Madden and Coco back in action

Bought a couple in the North Stand today. Lot more choice than normal. Is the kickoff time, is it because of TV, is it a couple of defeats. Somewhat surprised. Maybe they'll be a late rush.

Boot
Tanton Dunkley Araujo Gordon
Naylor Oldaker
Markanday Dobra Berry
Drummond

Thompson (GK)
Daley-Campbell
Jones
Fleck
Banks
Colclough
Madden

Bench is frightening if it ends up being that, and wouldn?t even include likes of Jacobs, Metcalfe, Grimes etc

I'm glad that I've just read your post because I would have been turning up tomorrow as 9K supporters are going in the opposite direction!

Thank you.

How have I forgotten him!!! Yeah he?s in on bench ahead of Daley-Campbell for me

Good luck to Cook picking a squad of 18 when they?re all fit and flying honestly, never mind a starting XI

How are you pronouncing ?Tairn?? If it?s the same as in Cairn then in my 40 years of watching Town or Tarn I?ve never heard it pronounced like that😜
